The SNIR is an information system implemented by the French National Health Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (Cnamts) in 1977. It gathers and incorporates into the national plan the liberal activity of health professions which gives rights to reimbursement by social security for risks related to morbidity, maternity and workplace injuries.
