  • Monitoring human resources scorecards
  • Follow-up files sent to social security centres
  • Resource-person for all issues related to health care costs and management of employees’ provident scheme files
  • Keeping track of the latest developments in labour law
  • Drafting Collective Labour Agreements, authoring and updating the ‘Welcome to Irdes’ booklet
  • Organisation of workplace elections (Directorate members, Workers' representatives, Works Council)

Accounting

  • Keeping Irdes' accounts (clients, suppliers)
  • Salaries
  • Declarations of social security and of end-of-year contributions
  • When needed, help with keeping the Works Council’s books

Miscelaneous

  • Management of Luncheon Vouchers
  • Contact for the survey « Enquête sur les moyens consacrés à la recherche et au développement dans les organismes et services publics »
  • Member of the Commission in charge of the employees' provident scheme
