DOCUMENTARY PRODUCTS

Facilitating access to information for researchers, both internally and externally, and enriching and making available the collection of documents specialized in health economics are the main missions of the IRDES Documentation Centre.

To this end, the centre acquires, manages and makes available to the public documentary resources such as periodicals, books and databases; it carries out bibliographical research, documentary products (syntheses and thematic bibliographies, health news, watch on health economics) and provides scientific monitoring; the centre also trains users in scientific and technical information research methodologies and tools, and cooperates with other documentation centres, notably within the framework of the BDSP network (Banque de données en santé publique) .
