Employment rates reflect the share of the 50-64 year-olds declaring being active (employed or self-employed) Job satisfaction rates account for the share of active seniors ‘fully agreeing’ or ‘agreeing’ with the statement “All in all, I’m satisfied with my job” Seniors with disabilities are those who declare being ‘severely restricted’ or “limited but not severely’ in their daily activities.
