Proportion of elderly people aged 75 and over living on their own in 2011

* Number of elderly people who live on their own related to the number of individuals from ordinary households with people aged 75 and over in the territory in 2011. Reading: In metropolitan France, 43% of people aged 75 or more lived on their own in 2011, but there are great variations between territories. Urban PAERPA territories (Aquitaine, Ile-de-France and Lorraine) have the highest rates of elderly people.
