Reading: The obesity surgery - all procedures combined - is realised very inequally throughout France. In 2014, sex and age standardized use rates vary from 8 stays for 100,000 inhabitants in Guyana and 24 in the Puy-de-Dôme to 170 in Haute-Corse and more than 140 in the Yonne and Aube departments. The national average use rate is 72 for 100,000 inhabitants.
