Reading: Among inpatients receiving compulsory psychiatric care, there is a significant increase in the share of those who receive treatment in solitary confinement during their stay, from 23% in 2012 to 27% in 2016. 9% of the measures for compulsory psychiatric care are lifted by the Judge of Freedom and Detention ; this rate is stable since 2014.
