The National Objective of Health Insurance Expenditure (French acronym : ONDAM) is voted each year by the French Parliament as part of the Social Security's Financing Act which details total refundable expenditures for all the Health Insurance Schemes. The rates of deviation of the actual expenditure from the objective are published each year in Social Security Accounts (Rapport à la Commission des comptes de la Sécurité sociale de juin 2008 ).
